Order Cancellation
1. Pre-shipment Cancellations:
- Customers may request order cancellations within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
- To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer service team via WhatsApp using this link: https://wa.me/message/QWNCOEH5RETDO1
- Please include your order number and reason for cancellation in your message.
- We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests if the order has already entered the shipping process.
2. Post-shipment Cancellations:
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Customers may refer to our Return Policy for options after
receiving the product.
Event or Workshop Cancellations
1. Customer-initiated Cancellations
- For events or workshops, cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.
- Cancellations made between 7-14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.

2. Company-initiated Cancellations:
- In the rare event that we need to cancel an event or workshop, customers will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.
- We are not responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred due to event cancellations.
Subscription Cancellations
1. For any subscription-based services:
- Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting our customer service team via WhatsApp.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
