Product Refunds

1. Eligibility:

   - Refunds may be issued for products returned within 14 days of delivery.
   - Products must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging and components.
   - Digital products, including digital versions of the game, are not eligible for refunds once the download link or access has been provided.

2. Refund Process:

   - Please include your order number and reason for the refund request in your message.
   - Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business

days.
   - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Refund Deductions:

   - A restocking fee of 15% may be deducted from the refund amount.
   - Shipping costs (both original and return shipping) are non-refundable.

4. Damaged or Defective Products:

   - If a product is received damaged or defective, customers should contact us via WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.
   - We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of damage or defects.
   - For valid claims, we will replace the product or issue a full refund, including original shipping costs.

Event or Workshop Refunds

- Refunds for cancelled events or workshops will be processed as per our Cancellation Policy.
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or partial attendance.

1. We reserve the right to refuse refunds in the following cases:
   - Requests made outside the specified refund period.
   - Products that show signs of use or damage caused by the customer.
